One apple, two stories:

First one, dark
A young maiden found a tree in the middle of a dark forrest bearing apples that changes anyone, who tastes them into a vampire. This dark place is guarded by an old warrior, who started to chase the maiden, when he saw her. The young vampire is hiding from him amongst the trees.

the other, biblical
Once in the Paradise, the snake persuaded Eve to taste the apple from the forbidden tree. On that day, the Paradise has changed into the foggy, creepy woods. Adam, out of anger that Eve broke that only taboo they had, went to find and punish her.
